Likely 8th c. AD and adapted, Persia, possibly Kashan, green-glazed ceramic storage urns converted to lamps, one four handled and one five handled, with similar undulating rope decoration, wood and brass mounts, double cluster socket, each approx. 18"h x 13"dia (pottery), 36"h (to finial)
Condition
Good/Poor, drilled for lamp conversion, otherwise a few minor surface chips, wear and scratches to glaze, wiring untested

Art dealer, connoisseur, and philanthropist Eugene Victor Thaw (1927-2018) was widely considered to be among the world's greatest collectors of European master drawings, French Post-Impressionism, Cubism, and an early advocate of the American Abstract Expressionists.
